Richard Miles is the author of the "Official US Software Channel Sales Guidebook" and has been a featured speaker at COMDEX, CES, the Art of Product Launches and many other events. He ran a consulting firm for 14 years and advised startups and multinationals including Hitachi, IBM, Computer Associates and many others. He has served as the Executive Director of the American Chamber of Commerce in Tanzania, was CEO of Big Brothers Big Sisters of the San Francisco Bay Area, and is currently CEO of CLOSEM, a SaaS company he co-founded with Laura Betterly.
